Key responsibilities
- Coordinate employee transportation to/from designated facilities, airports, hospitals, workshops, etc.
- Monitor and manage fleet downtime, ensuring rapid operational recovery
- Collaborate with workshop team for swift repair job completion
- Review and reconcile incident reports and fleet safety lapses
- Monitor GPS and assist in recovery of offline vehicles
- Manage and update fleet document database, triggering proactive renewal alerts
- Archive cost items and repair receipts in workshop database
- Digitize and store documents on SharePoint for easy access
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proven experience in fleet management or similar role (1-2 years)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
