Summary
The organization is seeking an experienced financial consultant based in the United Arab Emirates to join its Internal Controls team. This role involves deploying a Smart AI Chatbot for Finance, which will require expertise in internal controls, finance policies, and the ability to enhance the chatbot’s functionalities.
Data and Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT to equip the AI chatbot to handle queries related to:
- Internal Controls (IC) and IC Regulations (SCA, ADAA)
- IC Framework (COSO)
- Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR), including risk and control matrices at both entity and process levels, as well as IT general controls.
- Addressing ICFR gaps from current and previous periods.
- Developing IC training materials, such as awareness sessions and webinars.
- Understanding finance policies and procedures, including IFRS compliance.
- Managing delegation of authority and financial data, which includes but is not limited to directors’ reports, quarterly and yearly financial statements, cash flow statements, and management reports (e.g., Bi, Power BI).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Convert various file formats (Excel, PDF, PPT, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the AI tool.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the implemented AI tool.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement of the AI tool.
- Coordinate data collection from business teams and support the expansion of the tool across different departments.
