We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist/Analyst to join our team in a dynamic marble and construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong financial acumen, experience in construction project financials, and the ability to collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets,strong skills in collection from our clients 

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to assist with project planning and decision-making.

Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Work closely with project managers to evaluate costs, revenues, and profitability for construction and marble projects.

Collaborate with senior management to strategize and implement financial plans that align with company goals.

Ensure tax compliance and support audit processes.

Assist in securing project financing and liaise with banks or financial institutions when necessary.

Develop cost-tracking systems for construction projects and ensure budget adherence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Familiarity with construction project cost management and financial reporting.

Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
