Key Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in both EGP and EUR.
- Conduct variance analysis to ensure progress aligns with company goals.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in both EGP and EUR.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage audits and ensure smooth completion of tax filings and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow to maintain operational continuity.
- Implement cost-saving measures and improve resource allocation strategies.
Operations Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for both Cairo and Hurghada to ensure ongoing efficiency.
- Align team efforts with company strategies and objectives.
- Manage procurement, supply chain, and inventory to optimize efficiency and cost.
- Lead, train, and develop finance and operations teams.
- Build a collaborative, high-performing work culture.
- Design and enhance operational processes to drive productivity.
- Implement cost-effective solutions supporting scalability and overall business growth.
