Key responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Provide accurate and structured reporting
- Analyze financial metrics and influences
- Prepare management reports and presentations
- Support performance reviews and variance analysis
- Coordinate finance team for GL review and accounting issues
- Review and process incentives
- Manage working capital and cash flow
- Provide commercial support for pricing and sales analysis
- Advise on capex, projects, and incentive models
- Support year-end audit and enhance accounting processes
- Advise on system and process development
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with automotive industry is a plus
