Key responsibilities
- Support management in operating restaurants efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and boosting sales
- Adhere to service sequences to ensure consistent food and beverage quality
- Greet customers warmly, providing prompt and efficient service throughout their visit
- Attend mandatory training to enhance knowledge and service standards
- Take food and beverage orders professionally, maximizing sales discreetly
- Complete mise-en-place duties before and after service, aligning with the restaurant's brand and vision
- Report complaints or problems immediately to the supervisor to maintain guest satisfaction

Requirements
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in English; other languages are an asset
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
