Responsibilities:
- Provide preventative maintenance for all premises and equipment within the property portfolio.
- Handle emergency repairs for equipment.
- Manage third-party suppliers and continuously monitor equipment, services, and contractors.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding market, commercial, personal, and financial information.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Qualifications:
- A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in a hands-on role as an electrical maintenance technician.
- At least 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
- 5 years of experience in a multi-skilled supervisory role encompassing all electrical maintenance and engineering disciplines, including AC, power generation and distribution, HVAC/environment controls, chiller plant, lighting, motors, switchgear, and electrical installations.
- Strong computer skills and a solid technical understanding of building services are essential.
