Key responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects and construction coordination for windows, doors, glass curtain walls, aluminium cladding, and related building-envelope works.
• Review and resolve technical issues in construction drawings, curtain wall shop drawings, and detail drawings.
• Prepare and follow up material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and related technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, design consultants, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Provide technical guidance, inspect installation quality, track progress, and coordinate corrective works.
• Support curtain wall performance testing, site inspections, and project handover documentation.
• Help resolve material-selection, detail optimisation, cost-control, and design-change issues.
• Ensure construction complies with project technical specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and relevant UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Construction, Structural, Building Façade Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years in windows, doors, and curtain wall industry; 5+ years and high-rise experience preferred.
• Familiarity with stick and unitized curtain walls, glass curtain walls, aluminium cladding, windows, and doors.
• Ability to read and review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit, BIM, or façade structural-analysis software skills are a plus.
• UAE or GCC project experience preferred, with familiarity with local material-submittal, construction-inspection, and testing procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, accountability, and on-site problem-solving skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
