Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Development Director in marketing, project coordination, and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a keen interest in real estate, construction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Coordinate meetings, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals and reports.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Support in managing relationships with partners, investors, developers, and operators.
Administrative & Executive Support
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management.
- Ensure efficient communication between leadership, teams, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling business-sensitive information.
Marketing & Branding Support
- Assist marketing team to enhance brand visibility for Metrix and Trispec.
- Coordinate content creation for social media, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support in organizing industry events, networking opportunities, and corporate presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Project Coordination
- Track and follow up on Business development opportunities (timelines, deliverables, and key milestones).
- Maintain documentation, contacts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for real estate developments.
Skills
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Project Management or a related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, or project management (preferably in real estate or construction).
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM software, and marketing tools.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects.
