- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
 - Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
 - Schedule travel arrangements
 - Plan and organize events
 - Oversee the executive’s calendar, emails, meetings, and reminders
 - Draft, edit, and schedule social media content
 - Research relevant content ideas and industry trends
 
 - Experience Required:
- 4+ years of experience in a personal assistant or executive support role in the UAE
 - Proven experience with social media content management
 
 - Skills Needed:
- Strong communication and writing skills
 - Fluent in English
 - Proficient in tools like Google Workspace and Canva
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
