Key responsibilities
- Attend and resolve customer complaints on AC home and DC public chargers
- Perform on-site diagnostics and maintenance on chargers
- Execute software upgrades and configuration management activities
- Support commissioning and functional testing of newly installed chargers
- Conduct detailed site surveys and technical readiness assessments
- Coordinate with contractors for charger installations
- Monitor installation activities for compliance with technical specifications and regulations
- Manage technical interfaces between civil, electrical, and networking trades
Requirements
- Proven experience in EV charging infrastructure management
- Strong technical background in electrical engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of OEM guidelines and Saudi regulatory bodies (SE, SASO, MOMRAH)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
