- Online teachers assign homework, special projects, and reading assignments to students.
- Online teachers encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning online learning activities using the ‘Digital tools’.
- Online teachers provide feedback to students and assign grades to their Assignments/ auto grading.
- Online teachers assess and monitor individual student performance to ensure students are keeping up with the curriculum and not falling behind the rest of the class.
- Online teachers track student attendance to online classes and report absentee.
- Involving in delivering live sessions online to a large group of students (25 to 200+) and are expected to prepare well in advance for the sessions
- Expected to keep the sessions interactive, exciting and engaging
- Expected to conduct live webinars or simulated (recorded webinars) for promoting relevant courses to the students
- Responsible to work and improvise on the existing content (Classira, tests, assignments) wherever required
- Coordinating with internal content development and academic teams.
- Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly reports to the respective reporting manager.
