Job Responsibilities:
- Implement the project EH&S Plan and promote a Total Safety Culture.
- Coach the EH&S team and contractors.
- Ensure timely completion of Approval to Mobilize and HAZIDs.
- Monitor contractors’ EH&S programs and safe work practices.
- Review Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses, and Method Statements.
- Oversee hazardous work permit processes.
- Conduct inspections and audits.
- Provide EH&S expertise to the site team.
- Coordinate safety training with contractors.
- Lead safety promotion events and campaigns.
- Manage and prioritize unforeseen issues, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to EH&S reports and support the Project Emergency Response Plan.
- Facilitate incident investigations and collaborate with construction management and medical teams.

Minimum Requirements:
- Engineering or Science degree.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Safety certifications (OSHA, IOSH, etc.).
- 12 years of experience in international mega-projects, with at least 6 years in an EH&S lead role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety aspects.
- Physically fit for on-site work.
- Willingness to travel to remote locations.
- Advantages:
- Experience with industrial gas projects in KSA.
- Knowledge of EPC management.
- Possession of a driving license.
