Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to meet sales targets and drive growth.
• Manage the online store, oversee product updates, pricing, promotions, and content.
• Enhance user experience and optimize the buying journey to boost conversion rates.
• Monitor e-commerce sales performance and analyze revenues and KPIs.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and advertising teams.
• Supervise order processing, payments, shipping, and delivery in coordination with relevant parties.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor inventory and product availability in coordination with purchasing and warehousing teams.
• Improve customer retention rates and increase average order value.
• Prepare periodic reports on store performance, sales, and profitability, and provide recommendations to management.
• Oversee operational and technical aspects of the e-commerce platform and work on enhancing its efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in e-commerce management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing and customer behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
