The Head of Pre-Sales is a pivotal role responsible for leading technical solutioning, bid management, and strategy in ICT, ELV, Digital, and AI sectors. This position focuses on creating competitive proposals that foster growth and enhance market leadership while managing vendor relationships and ensuring profitable delivery of solutions.

Job Overview:
The Head of Pre-Sales will:

  • Lead the Pre-Sales function, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Develop and implement Product & Services Strategy for ICT, ELV, Cybersecurity, CX, CRM, and AI solutions.
  • Ensure continuous development and capability uplift of pre-sales resources.
  • Strengthen solution differentiation and value positioning in the region.

Vendor & Principal Relationship Management:

  • Build and enhance relationships with technology vendors.
  • Drive partnership programs and lead commercial discussions, ensuring competitive pricing agreements.

Sales Enablement & Deal Strategy:

  • Define technical win strategies, leading customer-facing presentations and workshops.
  • Conduct Go/No-Go reviews for major tenders and utilize win-loss reviews for improvements.

Solution Architecture & Governance:

  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of technical solutions, aligning them with business authority delegations.

Commercial & Costing Governance:

  • Accountable for project cost estimations and negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing and rebate terms.

Bid Management & Tender Governance:

  • Lead the creation of technical proposals and ensure timely submissions across UAE, KSA, and Qatar while maintaining documentation quality.

Innovation & Digital Solutions:

  • Lead development and productization of solutions in CRM platforms, CX, Cybersecurity, and AI-driven digital solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced skills in cost modeling and pricing strategy.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Expertise in solution design oversight.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, Computer Science, or similar field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • 12-15 years of experience in ICT/ELV/Digital pre-sales, with leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-country tenders in UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
