Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop marketing strategies and content aligned with our brand identity
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Manage SEO and SEM for improved Google search visibility
• Oversee and enhance our website and e-store performance, increasing conversion rates and sales
• Formulate digital marketing strategies to boost visits and sales, driving growth
• Track and analyze KPIs, campaign results, CAC, and ROAS
• Prepare regular reports on advertising spend, sales, results, and recommendations
• Manage tracking and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking
• Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and reduce cart abandonment
• Monitor competitors and analyze market trends to identify marketing opportunities
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources to high-performing channels

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and managing online advertising campaigns
• Strong background in social media management, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
