Digital Marketing Manager | The Blossom Nursery

Employment: Full Time

– Work closely with the CMO/ Marketing & & Sales team to reconsider and challenge technique and action prepare for
Bloom, Inspire Me and other nurseries in the future. Team up with the Sales Manager to constantly stay focus
on our customer experience and sales goals.
– Collaborate with companies and drive them to equate our sales objectives to digital objectives
– Plan and roll out all digital marketing, consisting of SEO/SEA, social media and show advertising campaigns,
marketing database and e-mail …
– Design, construct and maintain our social media presence across all our platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube) and propose any other appropriate platforms (Tiktok, Snapchat …)
– Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate against objectives on a daily
basis (ROI and KPIs).
– Identify trends and insights and enhance invest and efficiency based upon the insights.
– Brainstorm brand-new, imaginative growth techniques and plan, execute and determine experiments and conversion
tests.
– Collaborate with firms to develop CTA landing pages and enhance user experience.
– Utilize strong analytical abilities to examine end-to-end customer experience across several channels and
client touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Work carefully with the HR
department to define and enhance the worker funnel.
– Lead and be the link to all off and online efforts.
– Create a strong neighborhood of Family Brand Ambassadors and influencers to increase word of mouth and
general brand awareness. Negotiate with partners/ other brand names on a win-win technique with mutual advantages.
– Negotiate with online platforms (Edarabia, Expatwoman …) and keep an eye on results/ performance.
– Create all contents, assets, brand-new key visuals for all internal & & external interactions/ projects/ platforms
with Marketing/ Education Teams, companies, photographer/ videographer.
– Enhance our new site with our agencies.
– Be the local champ for our internal systems connected to consumer and worker experience (HubSpot,
Littlelives, HR System …). Assess emerging innovations and systems. Offer thought leadership and
perspective for adoption where suitable.
– Manage digital/ PR costs and budget plan by month and for the year with the Finance department.
– Make sure all payments are done on time for our companies/ partners.
– Ensure the digitalization of the HQ and Center, animate trainings and one to one training.
