Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via approved channels
- Assist customers in using digital services and platforms
- Log and track requests and inquiries using approved systems
- Coordinate with specialized teams to address requests and feedback
- Adhere to work policies, data confidentiality, and customer service standards
Requirements
- UAE national (male/female)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Basic computer literacy
- Customer service experience is a plus
