Key responsibilities
- Fabricate, modify, and repair dental prostheses (crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers)
- Interpret dental prescriptions and laboratory instructions accurately
- Produce high-quality dental restorations meeting fit, function, aesthetics, and durability standards
- Work with dental laboratory materials, equipment, and digital dentistry technologies
- Collaborate with dentists and lab professionals to clarify case requirements
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate case records and follow laboratory procedures for tracking and managing work
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and safe use of laboratory equipment
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Dental Technology or Dental Laboratory Technology
- Previous experience in a dental laboratory or similar role
- Practical knowledge of dental materials and prosthetic fabrication techniques
- Experience with crowns, bridges, dentures, or other relevant dental appliances
- Familiarity with digital dentistry, CAD/CAM workflows, or 3D printing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eligibility for UAE healthcare professional licensing requirements
