- Advance Analytics & Data Science: Develop solutions to address business problems through data science and machine learning, involving data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Applied GenAI & LLM Enablement: Implement GenAI techniques to support data workflows and design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Enterprise Productionization & MLOps/LLMOps: Apply enterprise-grade practices for deploying and monitoring models, ensuring they meet governance and compliance requirements.
- Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define performance metrics for models and GenAI outputs, optimize solutions through experimentation, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and applied data science.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark; experience with the Databricks ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Data Science/AI Engineering, focusing on machine learning models.
- 6+ years in feature engineering and performance optimization.
- 4+ years in NLP or language-based systems.
- 2+ years in delivering GenAI or conversational AI solutions in production.
