Customer Support & Success Associate - Allurion - Dubai

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Customer Support and Success Associate to work with our Allurion Virtual Care Suite end users on product questions, technical support inquiries, and building ongoing relationships.

As a Customer Support and Success Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming an expert with Allurion’s Virtual Care Suite, and staying on top of all new feature releases.
  • Handling all inbound/outbound product and support inquiries via emails and phone calls, routing all volume through our ticketing system.
  • Providing exceptional support by listening, understanding the issue, and problem-solving with customers.
  • Drive the successful adoption and onboarding of Allurion’s Virtual Care Suite with our end users
  • Communicating across teams to ensure client needs are met
  • .Contributing to Allurion’s help documentation and knowledgebase
  • Helping to develop, improve, and implement standard operating procedures
  • Reporting on monthly Customer Support and Success KPIs

What we are looking for in you:

  • Committed to delivering best in class customer/technical support
  • Able to work closely and effectively with others
  • Patient, curious, detail-oriented and eager to problem solve
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support and/or Customer Success (software related)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage process via Zendesk and prioritize work in order of urgency and priority
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Experience working with internationally dispersed, remote teams; and with English as primary business language
  • Health innovation, industry enthusiast and a team player with a good sense of humor
  • Candidate must be located in Dubai
  • Proficiency and bilingual in Arabic/English
