Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about products, prices, promotions, and usage.
• Address shipping, delivery, payment, and return/exchange policies.
• Manage upset or complaining customers professionally, providing swift and effective solutions.
• Record all customer interactions in the system for follow-up and service improvement.
• Receive and resolve product, shipping, or payment-related complaints.
• Analyze problems, identify causes, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Co-ordinate with internal departments (warehouse, shipping, finance) to resolve issues.
• Follow up on complaints until resolution and notify customers of the final outcome.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Promote seasonal or new products through sales and marketing offers.
• Follow up on abandoned carts and convert them into sales.
• Prepare daily reports on inquiry volume, sales generated, and customer satisfaction rate.
• Monitor order status with shipping companies.
• Verify customer data before processing orders.
• Proactively inform customers of any shipping delays or issues.
• Prepare weekly reports on shipping companies' performance and packaging quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficient English.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
