Customer Care Manager - Nexa Group LLC - Dubai

We are looking for a experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote the new ideas throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and meet them.

Responsibilites: –

1. Improve customer service experience, engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

2. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.

3.Reply every customer’s mail on time.

4.Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.

5. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Work Experienced: – 2-3 years.

Requirement & Skills: –

1. Proven working experienced as a Customer Service Manager, Timeshare or Holiday Industry(Must).

2.Excellent knowledge of management method and techniques.

3.Working knowledge of customer service software, database and tools.

4. Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.

5. Ability to think strategically and lead.

6. Strong client-facing and communication skills.

7.Customer Service Orientation.

Qualification Required: –

Bachelor degree in any field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

All customers are required to wear a mask , common surfaces are sanitized regularly.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)


  • customer service manager: 3 years (Preferred)


  • English ,Hindi Advantage: – Malyali and Telugu (Preferred)
