Key responsibilities
- Monitor actual costs against budgets and explain variances
- Analyze material, labor, transportation, and equipment costs
- Maintain costing records and allocate costs
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly cost reports
- Support financial closing and annual budgeting processes
- Contribute to project financial-performance indicators and cash-flow preparation
- Prepare project-cost journal entries and support internal/external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Mid-career level experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proven experience in cost control or a similar role
- Fluency in English and Arabic
