Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
• Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client referrals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and check-ins with clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
Account Management
• Manage existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and retention.
• Resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis and Strategy
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
Skills
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Managerial level
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
