Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies for manpower and recruitment services
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and company visits
• Promote INJAZ's recruitment and manpower supply services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Arrange meetings and follow up on quotations and business opportunities
• Collect manpower requirements from clients
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in recruitment or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
