Corporate Governance Specialist

Oversee the implementation of governance principles and ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure adherence to governance principles and regulations
• Review and update internal policies and authority matrices in coordination with relevant departments
• Document administrative decisions and committee decisions, and follow up on the implementation of recommendations
• Organize committee meetings and related meetings, and prepare meeting minutes
• Monitor the distribution of roles, responsibilities, and authorities within the organization and ensure clarity
• Identify gaps in governance practices and propose corrective measures
• Prepare periodic reports on the level of governance implementation and submit recommendations to management
• Coordinate with legal departments and internal audit regarding governance requirements
• Monitor system and organizational updates and evaluate their impact on organizational policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in corporate governance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of governance principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
