Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute content calendar with Sales & Admin Assistant
- Capture high-quality product photos and videos
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, Stories, and promotional videos
- Coordinate product and lifestyle shoots
- Post daily on Instagram and other social media platforms
- Design graphics and templates using Canva
- Write captions, catalog copy, and newsletters
- Organize photos and manage content library
- Host Mahjong lessons, community sessions, and events
- Manage Shopify orders and customer care
- Support founder and day-to-day operations
- Occasionally assist in paid ads and content for sister business
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Familiarity with Canva and Shopify
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Passion for Mahjong and understanding of the game
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
