Job Description
– Manage all phases of healthcare projects, from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies to gather requirements and ensure project goals are met.
– Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
– Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial parameters.
– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
– Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
– Utilize consulting experience to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
– Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; PMP certification is highly preferred.
– At least 15 years of project management experience specifically in healthcare and hospital projects.
– Proven experience in a consulting environment, particularly in managing client relationships and delivering value-added services.
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools for budget tracking and reporting.
– Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
– Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
– Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to hospital and healthcare development.
