Objectives of the Role:

  • Build and develop a high-performing project team by providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation.
  • Lead projects from the initial definition phase through to deployment, including budget estimations, scheduling, scope management, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze project status and make necessary adjustments to scope, schedule, or budget to meet requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain processes for scope management throughout the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards while assessing risks.
  • Manage integrated performance databases for various project types including digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential.
  • Develop partnerships with third-party resources such as vendors and researchers.
  • Assign and monitor resources to enhance project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as necessary according to the work plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
