Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide local insights on attractions, dining, events, shopping, and services
- Arrange reservations, transportation, tours, appointments, and other guest requests
- Coordinate with teams to address guest needs and resolve concerns
- Stay updated on local venues, services, events, and cultural considerations
- Handle calls, messages, and service requests accurately and maintain records
- Uphold guest privacy and handle personal information responsibly
- Communicate respectfully with guests from diverse backgrounds
Requirements
- Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and service-oriented skills
- Good knowledge of Qatar's attractions, dining options, and local services (or ability to learn quickly)
- Fluency in English (required), Arabic and other languages are an advantage
- Strong organisation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Professional presentation and composure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
