Skills

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, an equivalent degree or IT related

Must be certified as a Help Desk Institute (HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR).
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent

be fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Possess the ability to comprehend work directions and safety regulations
