Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on regulatory systems and guidelines from related bodies.
• Review and ensure internal policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose corrective actions for non-compliance risks.
• Maintain and update records of regulatory compliance and follow up on related requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with adopted policies and procedures.
• Prepare compliance reports and submit observations and recommendations to the relevant administration.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory updates and evaluate their impact on our operations.
• Coordinate with different departments to address non-compliance issues and close observations.
• Contribute to the development of awareness and training programs on compliance requirements.
• Document review results and corrective actions, and maintain related records.
• Support internal and external audit processes related to compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
