Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement the company’s Compliance Program and framework.
- Oversee the management of regulatory compliance risks in line with the Compliance Framework and applicable laws.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support the business in mitigating compliance risks related to bribery, corruption, market abuse, antitrust, and international trade.
- Implement monitoring programs, draft policies, and deliver training and awareness initiatives.
