Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to companies, engineering offices, consultants, and new project owners to introduce our company profile and past projects.
- Build strong relationships with investors and project managers to secure new retail, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Manage potential clients from the initial meeting through to contract signing.
- Monitor and track clients, tasks, and deals using our smart work platform, APEXES.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the commercial projects sector.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
