Key responsibilities
- Review and approve architectural and structural drawings, ensuring project requirements are met
- Oversee on-site construction, monitoring quality against approved specifications
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), tracking implemented quantities
- Prepare and monitor payment certificates and progress reports for contractors and suppliers
- Prepare and evaluate tender requests and price proposals, comparing and analyzing them
- Develop and update project schedules, tracking actual progress
- Prepare regular work progress reports to management
- Use electronic systems and project management software to track work and generate reports
- Coordinate with design, execution teams, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide suitable engineering solutions during execution
- Implement and adhere to health and safety standards and regulations
- Contribute to teamwork, improve performance, and achieve company and project goals
