Key responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and senior leadership on people strategy
• Evolve HR function to strategic business partnership
• Lead culture transformation and performance excellence
• Design talent management, succession planning, and performance frameworks
• Establish leadership development and L&D capabilities
• Build a feedback-driven culture with structured reviews
• Enhance employee engagement, retention, and employer value proposition
• Develop compensation and incentive programs aligned with business objectives
• Improve support for frontline and customer-facing teams
• Coach leaders on people management, organizational effectiveness, and change management
• Lead and develop the existing HR team across multiple international locations
• Support workforce planning for ambitious growth and expansion

Requirements

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in retail, luxury, or related industries
• Experience leading people and culture transformation in an international business
• Strong track record in talent management, succession planning, and organizational design
• Commercially minded with executive stakeholder influence
• Positive, engaging, and visible leadership style
• Experience creating high-performance, feedback-oriented cultures
• Ability to lead through growth, complexity, and change
• Willingness to spend significant time at the business's headquarters location
• Experience within premium, luxury, or multi-site environments is highly advantageous
