Must-Have:
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale livestock operations, particularly with sheep or ruminants.
- Skilled in livestock management systems and performance-tracking tools
- In-depth knowledge of sheep health, nutrition, and reproduction management
- Hands-on experience in intensive feedlot systems, breeding programs, and biosecurity.
Nice to Have:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Knowledge of the latest industry research and innovations in sheep production
