Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize Ansys CFD tools (Fluent/CFX) and System Coupling tools (Mechanical/LS-Dyna/HFSS/Maxwell).
– Provide technical support, resolve queries, and guide complex industrial applications.
– Offer customized training on Multiphysics workflows and methodologies.
– Execute projects and contribute to R&D initiatives to support customer goals.
– Lead technical discovery, product presentations, demonstrations, and pilot evaluations.
– Identify customer challenges, propose solutions, and articulate the value of Ansys products.
– Develop proof-of-concept projects, pre-sales materials, and workshop content.
– Deliver high-quality post-sales technical support via email and online meetings.
– Contribute technical expertise to marketing events, seminars, and webinars.
– Build strong customer relationships as a trusted Multiphysics expert and advisor.
– Drive software adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements- MS/PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
– Strong foundation in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and CFD analysis.
– 10+ years of experience in Multiphysics CFD applications, including 5+ years using Ansys tools.
– Expertise in Dynamic Mesh, 6-DOF solver, external aerodynamics, and turbulence.
– Familiarity with multiphase flows, hydrodynamics, and explicit dynamics is a plus.
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a logical problem-solving approach.
– Demonstrated engineering curiosity, organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
– Willingness to travel up to 20%.
– Experience with Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI), including aero fluttering through 2-way FSI is preferred.
– Background in turbomachinery and aero mechanics applications is preferred.
