Key responsibilities

• Manage daily rental operations, including requests and bookings, to meet customer needs effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, helping to improve rental strategies and increase revenues.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure vehicle availability and meet customer requirements, enhancing the customer experience.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers, including promotional campaigns and special offers, boosting brand awareness.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of rental vehicles, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with required standards.
• Prepare periodic rental performance reports, including revenue and expenditure analysis, to inform decision-making.
• Train and guide new employees, fostering a collaborative work culture and helping to achieve company goals.
• Communicate with suppliers and distributors to ensure the availability of suitable vehicles and meet customer needs, strengthening business relationships.
