Our client is an Real Estate company. They are now looking for an Call Centre Agent- Collection to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound calls to collect overdue payments.
Negotiate payment terms and set up repayment plans.
Update account information and record call details accurately.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases.
Ensure adherence to compliance and prepare collection reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Proficient in computer literacy.
