- Carry out relevant duties of managing incoming and outgoing calls as per the assigned schedule.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- provide information to the customer about our products and create lead using proper lead type.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by improving the number of connections using pleasant and informative conversations.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time.
