Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with property owners, investors, and developers
- Pitch and close property management, leasing, and sales mandates, and prepare proposals and presentations
- Build and manage a pipeline using Daytona’s tracking tools, with regular reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including brokers, developers, and banks
- Follow up on qualified leads through to closing, adhering to UAE regulations and company policy
- Research the market, pricing, and competitors, and recommend strategies to win business
- Represent Daytona at meetings, events, and property viewings
- Coach and support sales agents as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate business development or a related field
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and market trends
- Proficient in CRM software and pipeline management tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
