Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will drive client acquisition and revenue growth in KSA’s marketing and media production sector. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and delivering creative, results-driven solutions. Collaborating with internal teams, the Business Development Manager will ensure tailored solutions meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business in KSA’s marketing and media production markets.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Present agency services to potential clients and handle client inquiries and issues.
  • Lead sales efforts: generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate on proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality delivery.
  • Brainstorm innovative strategies for client campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in KSA and the MENA region.
  • Report on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Provide insights on service offerings and market positioning.
  • Represent the agency at events and in client meetings.
  • Support marketing efforts by sharing client and market insights.
