Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to fill the dual-role position of Recruitment and Business Development Officer. This role will support two brands: Expat Maids, a domestic staffing provider, and Dynamic Freelancer, which empowers Filipino professionals in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment and visa processing while also engaging in business development and community outreach within the Filipino market.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Visa Processing (Expat Maids):
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for domestic workers, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate all visa documentation and processing for candidates.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure all employment records are accurate.
- Liaise with agencies and internal teams to facilitate smooth hiring and deployment.
- Provide excellent support to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Business Development & Community Engagement (Dynamic Freelancer & Expat Maids):
- Assist in driving growth within the Filipino community for both brands.
- Represent the brands at local Filipino events, expos, and community gatherings.
- Build relationships with community leaders, freelancers, and potential clients.
- Support digital and offline campaigns to promote services and opportunities.
- Help expand the Filipino client base (“Filo Book”) and enhance brand exposure.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at events.
