Key responsibilities
- Operate blow molding machines from start to stop
- Perform parison controls and material monitoring
- Conduct regular quality checks and visual inspections
- Prepare machines for mold changes and ensure correct production quantities
- Record production accurately and document shift problems
- Assist Shift Supervisor as needed
- Maintain teamwork and good housekeeping in the department
- Achieve production targets and control waste/rejection rates
Requirements
- Mid-career level experience
- Diploma in relevant field (e.g., Plastics Engineering)
- Proven experience in blow molding operations (Plastic or Extrusion)
- Strong understanding of quality control processes
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu
- Indian nationality (preferred)
