Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing:
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram and other platforms.
- Manage monthly content calendars and collaborate on creative direction.
- Write captions and stories in Arabic and English that reflect the brand’s tone.
- Use design tools like Canva to create content and edit short videos.
- Monitor trends to suggest timely campaigns and maintain visual consistency.
- Manage Shopify updates including orders and product pages.
- Track engagement KPIs and report monthly insights.
- Engage with the community through DMs and comments.
- Admin & Business Support:
- Assist with admin tasks such as document management and scheduling.
- Organize brand assets and team communications.
- Liaise with suppliers and assist in customer service.
- Help prepare for product launches and marketing campaigns.
