Role Overview:
The position requires a proactive and creative individual who can produce visually appealing content while managing administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Marketing:

    • Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram and other platforms.
    • Manage monthly content calendars and collaborate on creative direction.
    • Write captions and stories in Arabic and English that reflect the brand’s tone.
    • Use design tools like Canva to create content and edit short videos.
    • Monitor trends to suggest timely campaigns and maintain visual consistency.
    • Manage Shopify updates including orders and product pages.
    • Track engagement KPIs and report monthly insights.
    • Engage with the community through DMs and comments.
  • Admin & Business Support:
    • Assist with admin tasks such as document management and scheduling.
    • Organize brand assets and team communications.
    • Liaise with suppliers and assist in customer service.
    • Help prepare for product launches and marketing campaigns.
