Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with their luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
- Deliver luggage, messages, and guest requests promptly
- Assist guests with transportation and directions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage area
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bell Boy or similar role (not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong physical ability to handle luggage
- Familiarity with Dubai and its attractions
- Punctuality and reliability
