Beauty & Care Sales Representative – Maison Ker

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with experience in beauty and care products. You'll drive sales, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships with beauty centers, salons, and retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Sell beauty and care products, achieving set sales targets
• Acquire new clients and develop the customer base in the assigned region
• Conduct field visits and sales calls to present products, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products
• Provide product introductions and demonstrations, explaining their components, features, and usage
• Prepare price quotes, negotiate sales terms within company policies, and follow up on sales completion
• Monitor product movement at client locations and suggest restocking and complementary products
• Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with relevant teams for product availability and timely delivery
• Post-sales customer follow-up, address feedback and complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction and re-purchase
• Monitor competitor products, prices, and market trends, and report sales opportunities to management
• Participate in exhibitions and specialized events, and collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns
• Prepare periodic reports on visits, sales, potential customers, and collections, and regularly update customer data

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty and care product sales
• Product knowledge and understanding of customer needs in the beauty sector
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive customer re-orders
• Fluency in Arabic and English
