Key responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based coffees, specialty hot/cold beverages, and other menu drinks
- Operate coffee equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform espresso calibration and coffee extraction quality checks
- Master milk steaming, texturing, and latte art techniques
- Maintain beverage consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation
- Prepare ingredients, monitor freshness, and follow company SOPs
- Clean and maintain coffee equipment and workstations
- Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' GCC experience (mandatory)
- Valid QID and immediate employer transfer eligibility
- Availability for immediate joining or short notice
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
